iLearn Collaborative

Leading blended and online educator training since 2013, iLearn Collaborative is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization with a mission to create equity in education by building the capacity of educators to implement student-centered learning.

iLearn Collaborative offers wrap-around, comprehensive support services that build leadership capacity such as planning implementation of school or district-wide blended and/or online programs, building infrastructure, technical assistance, and professional learning. iLearn partners with districts to assist with planning and implementation process and cultivate district sharing networks.

iLearn Collaborative’s professional development centers around personalized support for educators with design and delivery that model instructional practices that place learners in innovative learning environments. Specifically this looks like:

  • Signature Courses: 3-week modules, 15-45 PD clock hours, college accredited

  • “Train the Trainer” / Blended Instructor Certification: 6-course plan, 90 PD clock hours, 6 grad credits

  • Fast-Track Teacher Prep Program: Four 1-week accelerated learning paths, 32 PD clock hours

  • Microcredentials & graduate credits included in all programs

iLearn Collaborative’s digital course resource library offers free customizable digital content available with PD for immediate application of knowledge learned. Educators can use to enhance their own content or supplement face-to-face lessons for blending instruction to increase student engagement. Educators attain full ownership of the resources and keep the content.
