Microsoft Education: empowering every student on the plant to achieve more

Microsoft is a technology company that, among other things, provides a Customer Success Training program that drives impactful utilization of Microsoft products across organizations by using case-centric, hands-on training via in-app learning.

Special programs like Microsoft Education ensure end-users have access not only to technology but also, the much needed training, that will ensure that individuals can effectively, efficiently and accurately utilize the tools that they have for teaching-learning.

Students, parents, and teachers can access the Customer Success Training program by signing up at www.microsoft.com/RequestTraining

From Microsoft Education’s position paper Reimagining education: From remote to hybrid learning the company has shared that:

  • 98% of students want personalization, not automation

  • Up to 51% of teachers said they have strong individual relationships with their students, whereas only 34% of students agreed

  • Hybrid models must embrace digital to amplify, accelerate and connect learners and learning, while intentionally focusing on global competencies as well as academic standards.”

  • “We believe that re-examining how equity is being addressed should be of the highest priority.”

  • Technology is a tool, training is critical, and implementation is essential to redesigning the one-size-fits-all educational model.

Microsoft Education is very much aligned with the Resilient Schools Project (RSP), with a guiding mission: How can we “reimagine” education at all grade levels to better serve, engage, prepare and motivate our youth today?

Collaboration, between the public and private sectors, is critical to ensure that reimagining and transforming schools comes to fruition. With leaders like Microsoft at the helm, it is not only possible, but it is probable.
